Dato’ Syed Yasir Arafat has more than 30 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance. He has extensive experience leading investment strategy, driving value creation, and working closely with management teams across industries including telecommunications, retail, healthcare oil and gas, education, and technology.
He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Maxis Berhad and a Senior Adviser to Creador. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (Ekuinas), a government sponsored private equity firm in Malaysia.
